• Floor, wall and horizontal tile and granite sealing, up to 20 year guarantee. Additionally, product for sealing outdoor porous surfaces, including walkways, pool areas, garages floors and exterior stonework. Available in glossy and non glossy finishes. Non-Slip rated.

 

• Aluminum and ferrous metal treatment for U.V. protection and to minimize corrosion from salt air corrosion. Also suitable for glass surfaces, preventing water staining,

 

• Protective coatings on all wood furniture and cabinetry, maintaining wood moisture and protection from stains and U.V. Damage. A must for the exterior doors and wood support posts/beams to prevent extreme warping and cracking of materials.

 

• Fabric Treatment using Scotchguard commercial rated product. Carpets, furniture, drapery, decorative blankets (not linen).

HomeSmart surface sealer is a penetrating sealer designed for the protection of the most porous surfaces. Our commercial grade product forms an invisible barrier that is resistant to moisture and stains while allowing vapor to escape. This is not a surface coating and will not alter the natural look. All surfaces are harder and less slippery. INDEPENDENT TESTS SHOW that the HomeSmart product range  out performs all other similar products. (Test results are available upon request).
